Training course registration will not complete until the full payment or a valid LPO (UAE based companies only) has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registered attendees may be made at any time before the course starting date, please inform us by email on info@skz-me.de or call +971 4 884 5001. In case you need to cancel the course booked and we receive your written cancellation by email on info@skz-me.com ten (10) business days before the course start date, we will refund the course fee, less the applicable bank charges and a ten percent (10%) administration fee. In case of a no-show on the training course booked or a cancellation with less than ten (10) business days before the training course starting date, the full course fee will be charged (100% cancellation charge, no refund). If required and for any reason the organizer reserves the right to cancel any training course at any time. In such cases all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed to the customer. In case of cancellation the organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred to the customer due to the cancellation.
